Our love for film photography

There is something about film… The anticipation to see the photos, the grain and texture in the photos, the softness and color. The feeling when you look through the prints for the first time… Photography is our job, but it is also our passion. Back when we were going to school, our first photography class was film 35mm, but the connection wasn’t made then. We fell in love with it with the purchase of our first medium format film camera, Rolleicord, and that love only grew when we got a Hasselblad 500cm. The photos below are just a small collection of our film journey.

Oh, film black and white are amazing!!! And this was her first ride 🙂This was our first day with our Hassleblad. It was love at first site. This was Jimmy Birthday at Quincy Marina Bay.

Yes, these photos are not perfect, we have a lot to learn about film. But even with this little start we can not wait to continue our film journey!
