December 1st

Funny thinking about your childhood, and all the Christmas traditions. When did your parents start them? Well, we marked the start of our family traditions as of December 1st, 2012. There are a few that we started, but the first one and the most fun one- is cutting our own Christmas Tree. Together, as a family! The Saturday morning really couldn’t have been any more perfect. We woke up to snow falling, and not in the blizzard kind of way, but in the perfect White Christmas way. We drove to the Sleighbell Christmas Tree Farm, in Sutton MA and then the adventure begun!

After we got home we put up our beautiful and perfect 9ft Christmas tree, and couldn’t stop staring at it… We love it!

The perfect ending to this amazing day was a trip to the Wang Theatre for the Broadway Musical Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas. And that marked another family tradition- see a holiday show/musical and bring home a new addition to our tree 🙂
