Hollywood paints the picture of a little girl planning her wedding from a young age so well! For some that planning never happened, and some fondly look back to those days of wedding talk. A little over 7 years ago, we photographed a wedding for an amazing couple at the Salem Country Club. The bride, Meghan talked about the pool days at the country club. Her and her sister would gaze right over the pool fence at the brides on their wedding day, and the three sisters would dream about what once would be their wedding days, at this exact spot. This story, for some reason, stuck with us.

Now, it was Kelsey (the baby sister of the 3), and she got to tie the knot right at that very spot where she dreamed of for years. As soon as the big question of “Will you marry me?” was asked, and the ring slid onto Kelsey’s finger, there was no hesitation on which venue. Salem Country Club, the place that held so many memories for this family was absolutely the perfect setting!

Kelsey & Lee had the most beautiful day this past Saturday! Surrounded by their closest family and friends, with the cutest 5 year old ring bearer (yes, the son of our couple from 7 years ago), and the most adorable little flower girl. Kelsey and Lee said “I Do” overlooking the what seemed never ending greens of Salem Country Club.
