Wedding Details for the Win
During wedding season we frequently feel like we are surrounded by Pinterest. The time and thought thats invested in planning a wedding is mind boggling, and experiencing it all come together can truly leave one in AWE. Our couples have gone above and beyond and we continue to SWOON over each and every little detail. You would think that after 7 years in business we’ve seen it all… no! Trends are constantly changing. Wedding decor and details continue to evolve. So we thought we’d assemble a quick list of 5 details that made us feel giddy.
- Box of Chocolate Favors – Emerald Green
We are completely in love with these elegant boxes of chocolates and the way they were styled. This is the favor that you won’t see on your bridal go to sites, this gem was discovered by our brides mom, who’s also an amazing interior designer. Erin and her mom planned the most amazing wedding with emerald as an accent color, and these favors stole our hearts.
- Place card holders
Sara & Pat really outdid themselves by coming up with the funnest place card holders. This is the first time we have seen something like this and it sure did set the mood for that dance floor! Party on!
- Cake Topper and Cute Saying + Disney
Cake toppers continue to surprise us, but lately we’re loving all the cute phrases. It gets even better when the cake topper ties to a personalized # tag. Our favorite: From Cassandra & Lee Mooney- cake topper: TO THE MOON AND BACK; #tag: #?tothemooneyandback16?. SO CLEVER!!! - Centerpieces – Flowers or Not
For some time we had our doubts on whether a centerpiece could be done well without flowers, but our amazing couples pulled it off. And while we love flower centerpieces, we have definitely warmed up to the simple ones as well.
- Bouquets & Trailing Ribbons
This trend has been in for quite some time but recently started picking up some steam. There’s something about ribbon that adds that little touch of delicacy to your look. Different widths, color and textures can totally enhance the overall feel.
