Big Plans but Mini Get Away

“Do you want to go to Cabo for our anniversary?” – said Jimmy, about 4 days prior to the date. That would be awesome, the though of rolling around in the warm sand, and soaking up the sunshine, warmed my heart. But, considering that we only had 4 days, the big plans of the Cabo get away, just didn’t seem possible. Of course, there are people who can do it. Plan, pack and go. But I just don’t have the guts. So, we settled for something smaller, but still romantic. We went for a mini get away, just for 2 days to Warwick, RI. Stayed at a pretty cool modern-industrial hotel- NYLO. Went to the see “The Vow“, where of course – I cried! Went out for dinner. And simply enjoyed each others company.
